경찰은 관련 의혹을 허위사실이라고 보고 증거불충분으로 무혐의 처분한 데 이어 박 전 대표에 대한 명예훼손 혐의로 서울시향 직원 10명을 기소의견으로 검찰에 송치.
해당 직원들은 “경찰이 퇴직직원 10여명 등 박 전 대표에게 인권침해를 당한 이들을 제대로 조사하지 않았다”며 ‘짜맞추기식 수사’라고 반발.
